IV Hydration
Restore what your body’s been asking for.
Not everyone who feels tired needs an IV.
Sometimes hydration and nutrients can support recovery, travel, demanding schedules, or simply feeling like yourself.
When It Makes Sense
Everyone’s reason looks a little different.
People often choose IV hydration for:
• Recovering from illness or travel
• Dehydration
• Immune support
• Athletic recovery
• Low energy
• Preparing for travel
Recovery isn't something to rush.
Your body is constantly adapting to what life asks of it.
Sometimes that means better sleep, more rest, or simply more time. Other times, additional hydration and nutrients may be appropriate. We'll always recommend what makes sense for you, not what's trending.
Still Deciding?
Take your time.
We've answered a few of the questions we hear most often.
-
Most sessions run about 45-60 minutes, depending on what your body needs that day. Bring a book, put your feet up, this one's meant to feel like a break, not another errand.
-
At the core, every IV includes sterile fluids to help you rehydrate quickly, plus a mix of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes depending on what you need. Think things like B vitamins for energy, magnesium for recovery, or antioxidants for immune support. During your consultation, we'll figure out which combination actually makes sense for you, not just hand you a standard bag.
-
That's completely normal, and honestly, most people don't. That's what your consultation is for. We'll talk through how you're feeling, what you're hoping to get out of it, and figure out together what makes the most sense, no guessing required on your end.
-
A lot of people feel more hydrated and clear-headed pretty quickly, sometimes within the hour. Some benefits, like energy and recovery, tend to build over the following day or two.
-
Try to be well-hydrated beforehand — it makes finding a vein easier and the whole process more comfortable. Eating a light meal within a couple hours can also help prevent lightheadedness. We'll ask a few health questions before we start, including things like medications and any heart or kidney conditions, just to make sure your IV is safe and suited to you.
-
Sometimes, yes, we'll talk through what makes sense together so nothing overlaps or overwhelms your body in one sitting.
-
IV hydration isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's okay; we'd rather tell you upfront than move ahead with something that isn't safe for you. It's generally not recommended for people with certain heart or kidney conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, among other things. We'll go over your health history during your consultation to make sure it's genuinely a good fit before we do anything.
