Before Your Appointment

Before treatment, you'll also complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with a qualified medical provider to determine whether you're an appropriate candidate for Botox.

Once the necessary evaluations and forms are completed and your provider's availability is confirmed, we'll finalize the details of your visit.
